In October 2018, Steve and I bought an amazing beach front art-deco style property built in 1939. The location is incredible! You can walk to the sand. This will be our little weekend getaway where we can watch our children play on the beach from our window. We call it our Sandcastle.It is, however, in need of some major TLC. The laundry list is long: 2 kitchen remodels, new appliances, plumbing work, full electrical upgrade, landscaping design, new furniture, new flooring, new interior and exterior paint, and much more.Our first floor kitchen remodel will include new cabinets, new countertop, tile backsplash, plumbing and electrical work, refrigerator, and stove top.
