We both serve as board members for Special Needs Respite, a charity which is near and dear to our hearts. SNR provides funding for respite care for families who have children with special needs. We had no idea the scope or scale of this problem until we met its founders Stacy and Tom Georges. Hearing their stories of helping families in metro Atlanta gave us a sense of how small contributions can make a huge impact. We have been blessed to purchase and furnish our first home in December 2020, so we don't need much in the way of gifts. We would love to have contributions to aid in the upkeep of our small farm! This includes TLC for our egg layers, planting new varieties of fruits and veggies, and helps offset our summer irrigation budget :)
