India has a huge population of stray animals, who struggle to get by. There is very little official structure in the country oriented around helping these animals. It often falls to small organizations and their volunteers to ensure sick, injured, or hungry dogs and cats are able to get the help they need. These organizations have extremely limited resources, and donations go to purchasing medicine, food, and other necessities.

The last year has been an incredibly tough one across India. Issues of health, child development, and economic opportunity have all worsened significantly as a result of the pandemic. We are working with friends and family in the country to support high impact and high-need local organizations that are able to provide tangible help where it is needed most.
