This fund goes directly towards upgrading our current house! Keep in mind, we rent out half this home. Any updates we make to this house add value for long term rental income once we secure our dream home! We also do the majority of work on the house ourselves, so this will be used to cover almost exclusively materials.The improvements we are currently focused on are: upgrading the siding, renovating the kitchen, upgraded flooring, and finishing the master closet!

This fund will be going directly towards a down payment on some land near us. Most of you who know us will also know our deepest desire to have a few acres with a large garden, full mechanic's shop for Nathaniel, and some animals (namely chickens, ducks, and goats!). Gotta give our work dogs some space to do their jobs!
