This tour will start with a pleasant panoramic ride along the Adriatic coastline. The first stop will be made in the small village of Orasac where you will participate in a demonstration of the production of olive oil the old fashioned way, where the mill is run by a horse. Here you will also have the opportunity to taste some homemade cheese, smoked ham and wine. After visiting the village of Orasac you will continue toward the small town of Ston which is the oyster capital of Croatia. Especially interesting are the magnificent 3 mile long walls surrounding the town which are the longest defense walls after the Great Wall of China. Interesting are also the ancient salt pans were the salt is produced the same way as it was back in the times of the Dubrovnik Republic. After visiting Ston, enjoy a walk along the seaside in the town of Mali Ston with a magnificent view on the oyster and mussel farms and taste the famous oysters freshly taken out of one of the purest seas in the world.

Just like the streets of Dubrovnik were not built to be seen by carriage but by foot it is certain that the best views of the Dubrovnik region are from the sea. The historical Galleon is certainly the best stage for such scenery. During this cruise you will see the three most beautiful islands of the Dubrovnik archipelago and Kolocep. A visit to the 16th century Theatre, the 13th century Arsenal, or the central town square with the, Cathedral surrounded by numerous palaces built in different architectural styles, all of it only completing the picture. The Franciscan monastery in the town is known for its collection of works of old masters, including the Last Supper by Ingoli.
