After our wedding we're heading to Buenos Aires, the Patagonia region of Argentina, and the Iguazu Falls in Argentina and Brazil!

The Perito Moreno Glacier is located in Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina and is part of the third largest ice field behind Antarctica and Greenland! It is one of the only glaciers in the world that is not receding. On this tour, we will take a boat across the Brazo Rico, followed by a hike through the Magellan Forest, and trekking on the glacier.

On our honeymoon we will be staying one night at an estancia (cattle ranch!) in Argentina. From the ranch we can take a horseback riding tour by Viedma Lake and views of the Andes mountains.

From our hotel on the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls we will ride in an electric jeep through the rainforest, followed by a walk along wooden walkways to a twin-engine boat. We will ride upstream through the rapids to the falls!

From our hotel located inside the Brazilian Iguacu National Park we will take a walking tour to view one of the world's rarest natural phenomena: the lunar rainbow. On full moon nights (for us, April 23), guests of the hotel are able to venture onto the walkways over the falls to witness the moonlight reflected in the spray, forming countless shimmering rainbows.
