Right now, our basement is unlivable during the cold months. We'd like to have our whole house usable year round, and allow us to provide accommodations for our ski-season guests.

We hope to create a happy, healthy, room for kids to be kids.

We are really excited to have a warm, cozy, space to offer our guests when they visit.

Perhaps our most exciting prospect...a private bathroom for out guests! (Not that we mind you coming through out bedroom at night.)

Egress windows are required by code for bedrooms in basements. We're looking forward to the extra daylight.
