Matt and Rebecca have never been to France, and for Matt this is his first trip to Europe! Any vacation the two take together pretty much is summarized by eating the best food possible. There is no shortage of delicious meals and fine pastries in this country and we would like to indulge in all of it...perhaps even a Michelin Star dinner in Lyon for Matt's Birthday.

After only a month of dating, Matt took Rebecca to Southern Arizona's wine country for a weekend. It was there in a random field outside of Patagonia, AZ as the sun set that Rebecca asked Matt to be her official boyfriend. Since that first trip to wine country, it has become a shared passion of theirs and is the inspiration for their trip to France. There is no shortage of wine in this lovely country, and as we travel through 4 different wine regions...we would love to try as many wines as possible...and of course send a case home of our favorites to share at our dinner parties...and even an extra nice bottle to open on our 1 year anniversary. While in Lyon we hope to squeeze in a day tour to some of the wineries of Beaujolais.
