We depart for Spain following our wedding for a two-part honeymoon. First, we embark on a 6-day/100km walk along El Camino de Santiago, the pilgrimage leading to the shrine of the apostle Saint James the Great in the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia. Then, we head south to rest our feet and enjoy the Mediterranean beaches on the southern coast!

Thomas has quite the collection of records stacked in his childhood bedroom in Virginia. We had some time during quarantine to go through them, and talked about how nice it would be to be able to play them at home!

Some of you may know that we found Whippoorwill Farms only a few months into living in Savannah, and started volunteering there together on the weekends. Victoria is now working part time at the farm, and we would love to help give back through donating a "Lowcountry Farm Box" to a family in need, in your choice of denomination. This would provide a month's worth of locally and organically raised chicken, pork, veggies and eggs. Access to fresh, nutrient-dense food is a top priority for us, and something we don't take for granted. Thank you for helping us share that access with our neighbors!

We love to bake with as fresh of whole grain flours as possible, and would love to start milling our own grains for bread, baked goods, pizza dough, pasta, etc.!

Made by a small business in Victoria's hometown of Fairfield, CT, a portion of proceeds from this bread lame go to the Real Bread Campaign, which "finds and shares ways of making bread better for us, better for our communities and better for the planet."

After a combined decade of both being avid nutribullet users, we decided it is time we up our game for smoothies, sauces, nut butter, and even grinding grains into flour for baking!

We hope to have enough space to grow (& preserve!) most of our food one day, but already have many dehydrator projects that we would like to try out including drying fruit, nuts, and making yogurt!
