The money dance is a longstanding wedding tradition in many cultures around the world. It was a way the guests could show the newlyweds their support for their marriage, help the couple financially and represent future prosperity. We like this tradition, but we didn't necessarily want our friends tossing wads of bills at us (ok, Paul would actually like people to throw money at him), but if you would like to toss a few bucks at the newlyweds, we would be very grateful!

We are hoping to take our "second" honeymoon later in the year to go visit my hometown in Washington State. My father will be turning 80 years old and we hope to celebrate with him!

We are blessed to have so many friends and family (Paul has 8 other siblings)! We want to have everyone join us for the special day and be able to host a wonderful reception for all! Any and all gifts will go towards covering miscellaneous costs and provide for the food, drink and comfort of our guests!

We don't know where we will be living and what kind of space we will be working with. This will help cover the cost of furniture, washer and dryer and other such items.
