The Next Step Programs is a local nonprofit organization founded with the goal of empowering young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through community outings and job-skills workshops. TNS is near and dear to our hearts for its incredible mission, but most especially for one of its members: Pat’s brother, Michael.
