We're overdue for mountains so we're heading to the Italian Dolomites where we plan on hiking until our legs fall off—with mid-trail stops at Rifugios (mountain huts with wine & snacks… humanity's greatest invention)—and of course, eat a bunch of yummy food and relax… all on repeat until our flight home.
