Marcy Labs is transforming the lives of young people in Brooklyn and ambitiously working to close the racial wealth gap in NYC. By reimagining higher education and workforce development with one critical mission: to create an alternative pathway to high-growth technology careers for young adults from underestimated backgrounds. They help recent high school graduates (age 18-24) without college degrees accelerate their careers by building the skills, developing the habits, and accessing the network necessary to launch a rewarding, purpose-driven career in the technology sector. To date, 100% of their graduates have launched financially beneficial, purpose-driven software engineering careers at companies like Asana, Spotify, and The New York Times, with an average salary of more than $100,000.
