Our house is wonderful, except for two main issues. lack of cool air circulating in summer and a desperately needed upgraded bathroom situation. Our next big purchases will be adding central air, adding a second toilet and utility sink, and redoing the bathroom. In lieu of physical gifts, help us continue to make this house our perfect fit.
