Summer:

Join other outdoor enthusiasts as you follow a series of trails in a hilly area known for its numerous lakes and impressive views. View magnificent scenery and fine vistas from the tops of three mountains. Lunch will take place at a stunning lake, where we will rest. Over four hours, you will gain 900 hundred feet in elevation and work your way to the top of the peaks. There are even opportunities to participate in bouldering if you are up for it!

Refreshed from a invigorating hike, you will enjoy wine tasting at a real farm winery in New York's Hudson Valley. The wines are made from their own vineyards and from across the state. You will sample a variety of wines which could include Chardonnays, Cabernet Franc, barrel fermented reds, and delicious fruit wines. Every wine is produced in a limited edition with almost every bottle spoken for as soon as its made. Additionally, there is also a wonderful cafe, where you may order delicious local and organic food.

Winter:

Embrace the winter in true alpine style: a day of snowshoeing on breathtakingly beautiful trails, then off to a local winery for a sampling of reds, whites and a private tour of the vineyards. Your snowshoeing adventure takes place in the Hudson Valley region on a five-mile trail. As you wind your way through the snow to the top of the ridge, scenic views for miles give you a sense of truly being out of the city.
