Few grapes are more fickle to grow, and when things go well (as they did here), it is well worth the effort. A small portion of the grapes was fermented whole-cluster (not destemmed) to add an extra dimension of depth and complexity. The result is a vibrant, beautifully textured Pinot Noir.
