Thanks to your generous gift, we’ll venture into the ancient Ryugado Caves, exploring dramatic limestone formations shaped over millions of years and even spot creatures that call the caves home. We’ll also visit Kochi Castle, one of Japan’s last remaining original castles, where we’ll take in sweeping city views and centuries of history side by side.

With your contribution, we will begin by exploring Naganeupseong, a traditional fortress village dating back to the late 1300s. Next, we will visit Seonamsa Temple, a historic site that has persevered through fires and invasions, and get to explore the temple grounds. Finally, we will enjoy the natural beauty of Odongdo Island, full of lush bamboo groves and camellia trees.

Help us fund an excursion to explore the history and stunning beauty of Hiroshima and Miyajima Island. We'll visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and see the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Museum. Then, we'll take a ferry to Miyajima Island to see the famous "floating" red torii gate at the Itukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

One of our most anticipated experiences is a trip to Himeji Castle. We'll take a bullet train to Himeji, where we plan to explore the world heritage site with a guide and enjoy the serene Koko-en Garden. We'll also try the iconic Kobe beef, which is a highly sought-after delicacy in the region.

Help us explore the scenic beauty of Mt. Rokko and the rich tradition of sake making in Kobe! We'll take a cable car to the summit of Mt. Rokko to enjoy stunning views of Osaka Bay. After a beautiful walk down, we'll visit the Sake Brewery Museum to learn about the art of sake production and taste freshly pressed sake.
