Natalie and Erik have a beautiful Tri-Level House, however it was built in the 60's. Both bathrooms are older and outdated, have no ventilation, peeling paint, awkward vanities, and tile that needs to be redone.

If you've ever been to Natalie and Erik's house...you know that their fence is falling down...desperately in need of a new one :( After Hurricane Irma...we need it now more than ever...the fence is being braced by a bunch of 2 x 4's since Irma left our fence on the ground ☹️

Time to get rid of that old, ugly, outdated and dirty white tile...time for an upgrade to polished concrete!

Everyone knows that A/C is ESSENTIAL when living in Florida. Natalie and Erik have a beautiful Tri-Level home with 2 A/C units...and both are at the end of life :(

Everyone who knows us...knows we have had season tickets ever since we started dating! In fact, it was the first birthday gift I ever received from Erik! We want to keep that tradition going! Go Fins!!!!

Natalie and Erik find themselves on opposite schedules some of the time...so they cherish the time do they spend together and enjoy Date Nights!

Everyone knows that Natalie is a Champagne Snob...her favorite is Perrier Jouet!!!
