Our first stop of our honeymoon is in Florence which boasts some of the best-preserved Renaissance architectural monuments in Italy. During this tour we will be able to walk the winding cobblestone streets of Florence with an expert guide and visit Brunelleschi’s Duomo externally, Piazza Della Repubblica. Lastly, we will stop at the Accademia Gallery to see the famous statue of David. We can’t wait to experience Florence together on our first trip as a married couple!

The second stop of our honeymoom will be to the Chianti Classico region where we will visit an ancient olive oil mill and a few wineries for a sommelier guided wine tasting!

Enjoy the delights of the gastronomic specialties of the Amalfi Coast during this exploration of the highlights of the finest cheeses, wines and olive oil produced in the area. Start with a visit to a mozzarella cheese making workshop where you will have a visit with expert and learn all about the process of cheese making, then proceed to the tasting room for a sampling of the various types of freshly made cheeses, accompanied by fresh breads. Your next stop will be at an Amalfi Coast winery, where the resident expert will accompany you on a tour of the vineyard followed by a tasting of their red and white wines paired with bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, cold cuts and cheese. Enjoy a last stop for an olive oil tasting where you will first visit the groves with the expert to learn their techniques, followed by a tour of the ancient mill from 1849 with a guided tasting of ten different oils. Taste extra virgin olive oil in the classic preparation along with oils that have been flavored with orange and lemon, basil, rosemary and hot peppers.
