We have the opportunity to purchase the lovely house that we've lived in for the last two years here in Portland! But houses are expensive, and we could use help putting the down payment together. We absolutely love our home and neighborhood (Peninsula Park), especially since Evelyn's mom Laurie moved to the next block over at the beginning of this year!
