A rental car will allow us to explore places near and far and also make trips to the grocery store. We are there for 2 weeks, so the rental car is pretty expensive. We would appreciate anything you care to put towards that cost!

Founded in 1271, the Tinner's Arms is an ancient pub in the tiny town of Zennor. It is close enough to hike there along the coastal path from our cottage!

This pub is famous across the UK for its food - and it is also walking distance from our cottage!

Mermaid Pleasure Trips (yes that's their real name) in Penzance offers 2-hour wildlife tours with a chance to see seals, dolphins, sharks, and all kinds of sea birds - and also the beautiful coast.

This lovely farm has a "veggie box" by their entryway where you can pick up a bunch of freshly harvested vegetables and leave cash. We will be doing a lot of cooking at our cottage, and we are very excited about visiting the Fox Farm veggie box for dinner inspirations.

Rosemergy is a little outdoor tea room next to the ruins of a tin mine - very close to where we are staying! We can get tea and scones with clotted cream and then walk to see the ruins.

Mermaid Pleasure Trips also offers fishing tours. Sarah is hoping to catch some mackerel - a local specialty and also the most delicious fish in her opinion.

St. Michael's Mount is a castle on an island off the shore of Penzance. At low tide, we can walk there over an ancient causeway. (There is also a ferry) With these tickets, we can tour the castle and gardens on the island!
