Our adorable little house was built in 1904. Over the years it has had several additions (by builders who may or may not have had any carpentry skills). The place needs some love put into it and I happen to know a fantastic carpenter :) The most pressing things we have to take care of are a new roof, foundation work to support the new roof, a garage door and up grading the single pane windows. Thank you for helping make our house safer, warmer and dryer!
