We are working with an amazing artist and friend to capture our wedding day. Erin is a beautiful soul that shares our love of wild places. 1% of her net earning each year goes to conservation efforts across the country! Erica picked up some pottery skills in Colorado working with one of her professors (shoutout Rocky Coleman!). So rather than register for prefabricated dish sets, we are requesting funds for studio time in Portland so Erica can make our dishes! She's really excited about it and looks forward to serving excellent food on handcrafted - probably asymmetrical - dishware when you come for a visit!

For those who don’t know, Leif and Erica (especially Erica) LOVE coffee and drink lots of it. Since moving to Portland, Erica spent 6 months working as a barista and developed a appreciation for the intricacies and art of coffee in all its varied forms. This machine would get MUCH love and expert use. Even better, there will be endless tasty espresso drinks for you when you visit us!

Well Erica does, and she’s sick of jerry-rigging her recipes so they’re ‘almost, but not quite right.’ food processors are good for everything, and we’re excited to get baking and cooking with this one in hand :)

This instant pot is a request from Leif, who discovered the magical properties of a pressure cooker through the course of his duties at Shaver Transportation. Erica is very excited for the pulled chicken and stew this gift will provide.
