Because it’s amazing. This is 100% Britton. Britton worries about things like having ugly trash cans in the guest bathroom. She wants a pretty one. And this one is hilariously awesome and will spark joy in all who see it.

Matt and Britton will put these on the front door some holiday season and feel very festive. They’ll be grown ups with a family home and have their OWN Christmas. At THEIR house. FINALLY. And they’ll need Christmas decorations to do it.

This is just to DIE for in the “Mrs. Eaves Roman with Double Flourish - Style M79” with initials B and M. We love to serve nuts and dips, and would get so much use out of this!

Britton saw this at her best friend Kaitlyn’s house, and has coveted it ever since. She will use it on the coffee table and stage it like they do in them fancy home and garden magazines.

There is no better feeling for a Southern lady hostess than busting out a fancy serving set, much less a Juliska 💁🏼‍♀️. Matt thinks this gift is lame; Britton thinks it’s totally fabulous. She is comvinced he will come around.

Matt loves Britton’s “Millenial Grandma” style. Just kidding. He doesn’t. But that doesn’t hold her back. Matt and Britton’s favorite holiday is Easter. They dye eggs and host an Easter dinner and an egg hunt. Afterwards, they make deviled eggs. It is a tradition, and this would be used to serve the deviled eggs.

Not very exciting, but the current mixing bowls are plastic, and Matt and Britton are trying to upgrade to a less toxic option.

Picture this: it’s 2044. Matt and Britton are still in domestic bliss and hosting a Christmas party. You come in, and there’s a geriatric Matt, adjusting the star atop the tree, the very same one you got them 20 years ago. Glitter tree toppers are forever.

Southerner. Need I say more? The alternative is pouring gravy out of a pyrex measuring cup. What if the President comes to our house for dinner?? We have to be prepared for anything. Plus, so shiny.

Matt and Britton need new pots. Britton bought the ones they are using second hand many years ago, and she’s pretty sure teflon is coming off in their food. And this one has a built in strainer in the lid, which the person who does all the cooking in their house super appreciates. It’s the little things.

1) Oprah said it’s life changing. 2) Matt’s clothes are always wrinkly. 3) Britton hates ironing. 4) This one is travel sized. And we do be travelin’.

Matt and Britton thought it would be neat to take a polaroid every time loved ones came to visit, and have them all on the wall. Like a guest book, but cooler.

Matt and Britton’s wedding is chinoiserie themed, so all things chinoiserie are nostalgic now. This is gorgeous AND it’s glass, so Britton and Matt can replace their plastic cutting boards (that, according to the internet, flake off and immediately put cancer in your food).

If you know Britton, you don’t need an explanation. Just know that Matt hates Britton’s sleeping habits as much as you do. Matt and Britton will think of you every time this device makes the sounds of birds chirping for two hours while Britton sleeps through it and Matt lays awake fuming. Just kidding — she used one of these at someone else’s house and it actually worked and Matt was happy. Win win.

Matt and Britton have a lot of pool parties, and they always have to drag these huge ugly outdoor trash cans covered in spider webs from the scary side of the house. These can stay out all year because they are pretty. These were one of the very first things Matt and Britton put on their registry. They will love you forever.

White, cal king. One of Britton’s friends has these and they are so silky and cooling. Matt is a sweaty beast who likes soft things, so these would be a definite upgrade. Plus, they prevent hair breakage. Matt needs to keep every strand he’s got, and Britton is just generally vain about her hair.

Matt and Britton LOVE serving charcuterie. Everyone who comes over is subjected to at least one variety of brie. They are kinda tired of doing it on a cutting board. How cute is this platter, where you can put each cheese and meat in a different little spot?? They (Britton) saw it online (Pinterest) and were immediately obsessed (Matt by proxy).

Matt loves La Croix and bubbly water so much that he has his own dedicated fridge in the kitchen for it. The one he has is breaking, and keeps making the cans and bottles inside explode. This makes Matt sad; and no one wants a sad Matt.

We love our new joint last name and can’t wait to feature it in our bathroom. These are stunning in the simple creast in flax (joint monogram is B I M) or rhe floral crest in red (MB and Iseman). A personal touch makes a house a home!
