As you all know we LOVE to fish, it is most definitely our favorite hobby. Being able to get married in Homer is a dream come true for us. Did you know that our favorite fish is Halibut and guess what...Homer is "the Halibut capital of the world". Enough said!

We are spending two weeks in AK and would love to be able to spend our honeymoon not in a hotel. If you know us, you know we are pretty low key and love nature. Having a home away from home would be amazing. Especially one with an amazing kitchen to cook our daily catch and with a washer and dryer!

We are hoping to take a ton of photos of the Last Frontier and share them with all of you. From River Fishing to kayaking the fjords, Bear & Whale Watching, to hiking in the beautiful mountains and glacier regions of the Kenai. These are a few of our favorite things.

Once we get to AK we will be in dire need of an automobile. From Anchorage, we will trek 4 hours south on the beautiful Alaska Highway 1. For us to be able to see it all in our own time we are going to need a sweet Alaskan ride...think minivan to pack all our gear and load up on all the yummy fish we get. Besides moose rental is pricey and dangerous that time of year.
