The copper bottom on these will reduce fuel consumption, the stainless steel is completely scratch resistant and drop proof (necessary if you know Shotsie) And these can be hung, which for storage would be really nifty. This set is around $50 per pan; a helping hand in us buying these over something less durable would be greatly appreciated!
