We are very grateful to have purchased our first cute little home in Marfa this past April. Although the interior was recently renovated by the previous owner, there are so many things to be done. Such as adding in a shower, repairing the fireplace, adding a second bathroom and reviving the original floors along with some extensive landscaping as there was non previously. This fund will go toward interior & exterior home improvement projects.
