Ah, the Honeymoon fund. As of right now, we have a lot of plans but we've been encouraged to take this time immediately following our wedding to spend time together. This may also include adventuring, leisurely traveling (road tripping across the US), or even spending time closer to family (Hawaii or Alaska). As we figure this out, we'll let you know. This fund will be specifically set apart for intentional time with one another. Date nights could mean a glamorous, impromptu getaway for a weekend, a candle-lit romantic meal, or simply sharing a couple beers in a bar :) We believe that regardless of what is going on in life, placing an emphasis on our connection is one of the most important things we can do and this fund supports that. Let's be honest; adventure means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. The same applies to us! This is our most ambiguous fund because, truly, Madeline makes EVERYTHING an adventure (Dan's pretty good at following along). Hiking gear, formal/informal business attire, tires that have tread and actually work in the snow as well as one way tickets to Nepal or skydiving (this one's for you Rebecca).
