This was on recommendation from Kent and Cindy. This is a full day trip that takes us on a boat up through Glacier Bay National Park. It will be a much smaller boat than most cruise ships so we will be able to cruise past many of the glaciers that make up the national park.

Matt is most excited for this one! We have had numerous coworkers tell us that fishing in Alaska is like no other place they've ever been. So we figured we'd try it out! This excursion would take us out into the North Pacific Ocean where we would try to catch salmon, halibut, and lingcod.

Mackenzie is most excited for this one! This excursion would take us out on a helicopter ride out onto a remote portion of a glacier. A guide would then spend a few hours with us hiking and exploring all of the ice formations that are formed on top of the glacier.

Another recommendation we got was to take a train somewhere so we could sit back and enjoy the scenery without having to worry about paying attention to the road. So this adventure would take us on a train ride out to a stop in the middle of nowhere where we would then hop into rafts and float down a river for a few hours before the train will pick us up from the side of the river.

We rescued Rosie through an organization called Rebel Dogs in Detroit that helps to save strays and find them loving homes. They run purely on donations, so help us help them.

Both of us have a base understanding of ice skating (Matt more so than Mackenzie) but have been interested in having someone help us expand our skills so we can further enjoy.
