Once we leave our guests Wednesday morning we will be making our way around Ireland. Our first stop will be exploring just south of Dublin, Kilkenny and Waterford. We plan to take a day or two to relax, hike the national forests and visit the coast.

As we continue our travels we plan to spend four nights in the south west region of Ireland. Our time will be spent exploring Cork, Dingle Peninsula, and the Cliffs of Moher.

As we finish up our trip we want to explore the region of Clare and Galway. We wanted to finish our trip off by staying at the newly renovated Adare Manor House to have a little more luxury and soak up the last few days of our honeymoon!

To see all the spots of Ireland we plan to drive ourselves around the country. This drive takes you to some of the most scenic areas in Ireland including Waterford Castle, The Cliffs of Moher, The Ring of Kerry, and many more. We'll wind our way around the peninsula and make time to stop at the many rural villages and sights.

Each region has its own specialties, some handed down for centuries. We'll certainly be looking for great dining outdoors with a view -- hopefully of a historic church or castle.

Most of Ireland is seen best on foot. This way you can explore all the nooks and small villages. We plan to have a few guided tours throughout our trip to help us get a better idea of the heritage and culture.

As we make our way down to the southern half of Ireland we will be stopping at the beautiful Powerscourt Estate where we will tour the gardens, have a picnic and make our way to the tallest waterfall in Ireland!

We want to really explore Ireland's culture and landscape on our honeymoon. We plan to take a guided 7 mile hike through the Wicklow Mountains just south of Dublin.

We will be heading the famous Cliffs of Moher while we are in County Clare! We are doing a guided walking tour of the cliffs followed by a sea tour to get the cliffs from a different perspective!

We will take a day to relax at Adare Manor and induldge in their 5 star afternoon tea
