We would love to have an outdoor area with a statue of Mary. Your gift will come from a concrete store in Louisiana that makes custom statuary. It will be something we treasure for years and years!

Lucina has a great devotion to St. Thérèse of Lisieux, who had a miraculous healing experience with a similar statue of our Lady. The statue apparently smiled at her, and she was healed from a life-threatening illness. This image of Mary would not only remind Josh and Lucina of that charming story, but also fuel devotion to Jesus through Mary for their whole family.

The Summa Theologiae is the pinnacle work of theologian and philosopher Thomas Aquinas. Lucina was the president of the Thomistic Institute club at the University of South Carolina, and has always had her eye on this set. Her dream is for her children to be able to pick a random volume off the shelf and become enlightened with Aquinas' rich theology.

This alarm clock begins waking you up by slowly making your room brighter and brighter. It is so gentle and we would love to use it to help regulate our sleep cycles!
