We value experiences and security over physical goods, and we always choose quality over quantity. As such, we've chosen a small number of hand-made items that we would love as "souvenirs" from our wedding for use with our loved ones. Alternately, we would love it if you would donate to Camp Power, buy us dinner on our honeymoon, or contribute to our future progeny's education because let's be honest, we need all of those things more than we need a gravy boat.

We're looking at Patagonia or South Africa for our honeymoon and there's gonna be steaks and wines and couples massages and daybreak hot air ballon rides other honeymoon stuff. We really appreciate any help to cover the cost of all that awesomeness.

Somewhere in every family tree there is a beet farmer who had 15 children who all grew up healthy and got full rides to awesome schools and never dealt with financial stress or hardship of any kind. We are not your amazing beet farmer relative. This fund is for childcare, healthcare and education: a.k.a., our future.

Heath Ceramics is an independently owned, Bay Area based ceramics brand that was started in 1948 by a husband and wife team. It's now owned by another husband and wife team, which has continued the company's dedication to small batch, artisan ceramics. We are not the only ones who love these ceramics, Alice Waters also uses Heath ceramics at Chez Panisse. Set includes dinner plate, salad plate, and bowl.

A $95 butter dish?! We know that may seem a bit ridiculous, but our buying philosophy is to purchase few things that you'll want to look at forever. This piece is from a small Japanese shop off the Bowery. It's made by renowned woodworker Takahashi Kougei (the knife balances perfectly in that little slot!) and is, simply, a beautiful piece of design that we'll never tire of.

We came across Mud in ABC Home. Beautiful ceramics, handmade in Australia. This platter would be awesome for serving Chris's famous rolled skirt steak with garlic confit or Kelly's famous chipotle chili. Okay maybe not Kelly's chipotle chili.

Kelly reads a lot of magazines. Someday we'll have the floor space for this lovely magazine rack. Also from Nalata Nalata, purveyor of exquisite, handmade goods from Japan.
