We'll be flying from Lima to Guayaquil to Baltra (where the Galapagos are!)

We'll be in Lima, Peru for a short stay on our way to the Galapagos. For our one night, we'll be dining at Central http://centralrestaurante.com.pe/en/ - famed for being one of the best restaurants in the world and featured on Chef's Table

A voyage to the heart of the Inca Empire - We'll be riding the enchanting luxury train round-trip from Cusco to Machu Picchu.

At the end of our trip, we'll be returning back home to NYC from the Galapagos.
