We recently purchased our first home, and while we love it dearly, it has a few updates that it needs. This fund will go towards new windows (so that we can be more energy efficient, and as allow us to open the windows and enjoy the breeze without bugs flying in), as well as a fence (so that my parents can visit more and bring the dogs).
