We'll be on the move for Libby's post-doc fellowship and then again for both of our careers, so we have a lot of moving to look forward to in the next few years!

Yes, we know that Alec is a pilot, but we want to bask in the luxury of a confirmed ticket for our honeymoon so we don't have to deal with the perils of standby travel.

For those of you who don't know Alec as well, the Lautanens call dogs "boo boos". We've talked about getting a boo boo for awhile now, and we're planning to get one sometime after our honeymoon.

Weirdly, wine tastings have had a big role in our relationship– in fact, we were on a trip in Paso Robles, CA when Alec proposed. We anticipate there being many other wine tasting adventures to come!

Alec loves the Dodgers and has also converted Libby (but still, go Sox!). We'd love to go to a game together next time we are in LA!
