Since moving to Pensacola, Liana has been a regular volunteer at the Pensacola Humane Society. She exclusively walks the "big and bad" dogs since not all volunteers can handle these excitable puppies. This no-kill shelter loves dogs just as much as we do and we hope you choose to donate in lieu of gifts for us!

Another non-profit where Liana dedicates her time, Manna is local food pantry that provides food to anyone who needs it. This is truly important as everyone experiences hardship at some point, and Manna provides services regardless of need or current benefits. Their work prevents families from going hungry when hardship strikes.

Kiteboarding and sailing are two of our favorite hobbies, and pursuance of these activities has led us to join the Pensacola Yacht Club. Via the Yacht Club, we found the wonderful Satori Foundation. The Satori Foundation is a local non-profit dedicated to encouraging and promoting sailing specifically for groups that wouldn't normally have the opportunity to get out on the water, in addition to giving sail camp scholarships. Some groups they work with include the Boys and Girls Club of the Emerald Coast, Dose of the Coast, FSU Center for Autism and Related Disabilities, and many more!

Almost as soon as we moved to Pensacola, Liana joined the Pensacola Bay Concert Band. The band seeks to build a community of music aficionados who just want to enjoy playing music together. The band is entirely supported by volunteers and donations. Our plan for a honeymoon is to take a few weeks and travel around Southeast Asia. Neither of us has traveled there, but we've always wanted to go, and really want it to be our next big adventure! Other options to support this trip include watching Luna and Cookie 😊

The old saying goes "a boat is just a hole in the water you dump money into." We both grew up around boats and want to continue to be able to enjoy the water in all forms. We have no solid plans about a specific boat, but whatever direction we go, we're positive it'll cost money. Of course, everyone is invited on our future boat as well, so come visit and we'll cruise the bay!

It's time to to retire our beloved IKEA couch to its true calling as an oversized dog bed. This couch has been the place to hang out (or sleep) for many of our friends and family over the past few years, but is definitely worn out. Think of our new couch as an investment in your future comfort for next time you visit us!

Treats, toys, or vet money for their next misadventure (knock on wood they're done with those), Luna and Cookie have the puppy dog eyes to get it all!
