We were very lucky to be able to shoot our short film, a passion project that Lex wrote and Michael directed, in Oregon this past April. It was a true dream come true for both of us, and an important step in both our careers-- we considered postponing the wedding to help cover costs, but decided to take the leap. "The Last Queen on Earth" has just a few more months of work until it's complete. This money will help us to cover post-production costs like color correction, music, sound editing, and the fees for film festival submissions. Every little bit will help make our movie be the best it can be!
