This is a morning excursion, the main attraction being scuba diving amongst dolphins while learning about wildlife and ocean preservation.

Before we go on our African honeymoon, we will need to complete the PADI Open Water Certification course here in NY before we're allowed to Scuba dive in open water in Zanzibar.

Giraffe Manor is a small hotel in Nairobi, Kenya which serves as a home to a number of endangered Rothschild giraffes. Did we mention we get to have breakfast with them?! This is a major bucket list item for us!

We will be spending 4 Nights and 5 Days in the Maasai Mara National Reserve, an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya. This is an all-inclusive experience which includes food, drink, and game drives to see lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos (OH MY!).

The Zanzibar Archipelago, located in the Indian Ocean 15 miles off the coast of Tanzania, is a breathtaking spot to escape from the world. You’ll enjoy clear, turquoise-blue water; shallow sandbars perfect for wading; and many small, nearly deserted islands virtually unvisited by tourists.

A day's outing where we will get to snorkel amongst the endless coral reefs in the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean.

Zanzibar Island is known internationally as the 'Spice Island'. An important trading centre of the Indian Ocean region in the nineteenth century the island became famous for spices and fresh produce.This spice tour will give us the opportunity to smell and taste the spices of Zanzibar! We'll learn everything we've ever wanted to know about spices, herbs and tropical fruits like lemongrass, papaya, vanilla and others and see how they are cultivated.

This sunset cruise will allow us to sit back and relax in a traditional Dhow and enjoy some real African romance. We'll listen to the sounds of taarab music, taste a variety of snacks and drinks, and watch the Zanzibar scenery drifting past. We'll watch the sun goes down beyond the horizon of the Indian Ocean and think to ourselves, "is this real life?" (Answer: no).

A world-famous restaurant, known not only for its extraordinary location, but also its fabulous food inspired by the natural resources, a twist of Zanzibar, and Italian love.This dinner voucher will allow us to escape in a boat over to the Rock Restaurant where we can enjoy a private dinner for two.

Last time we did a couple's massage in Thailand, Steve fell asleep, dreamed a snake was wrapping itself around his leg, and he kicked the masseuse who screamed at the top of her lungs....so naturally we want to do this again.

Steve rips his pants....a lot. My hands are so very tired.

We LOVE to entertain in our itty bitty mini apartment and with the warmer weather coming we'll be taking our dinners outside into the (itty bitty mini) backyard! These will help complete our 'farmhouse' look and fulfill all of my Chip & Joanna Fixer-Upper Dreams!! Thank you!

Being musicians, Steve and I are often required to bring our own sound equipment to gigs. We're currently using an old system that is VERY large, bulky, and provides less than decent sound quality. We'd love to continue bringing our music to the masses without breaking our backs and ear drums, so we appreciate the help and support!
