Animals are super important to us. There are three organizations that we donate to every year and we'd love to be able to support these three organizations even further. The first is Happy Tails Pet Rescue - which is a small shelter that takes in unwanted or abandoned kitties. This is the shelter that we adopted Vinny from (shown in picture). The second is Cat Connection, which takes in and works with difficult kitties that are harder to adopt and help feed and neuter feral cat colonies in the Boston area. This is where we got Monty from. The third is a vet clinic called Pet Haven in Watertown that uses donations to serve pets in need without financial support. Many of their vets have volunteered abroad after natural disasters to provide emergency medical care to animals in need. We plan to match the amount raised in the registry and continue to donate at that level in future years.

We love our kitchen but we've got a few updates we'd like to make. First, we'd love to swap out the linoleum floors and the counter tops. We'd also like to take down wall paper and paint our walls and cabinets.

We'd like to fix up our kitchen. First thing on our list is the floors!

We plan to go to Kauai in April 2019. We'd love some help getting there! Tickets and housing is booked but we are still looking to book some activities and dinners.

Our current bed came from some moving roommates that had gotten it off of Craigslist. Alex's brother Fred has helped us fix the frame when it broke but it is on borrowed time.

Lauren works from home. On our list is this snazzy upgrade such that she stands more during the day.

Our current washer and dryer is 20 years old. It is likely on its last legs. When it goes, we are going to try and replace it with a similar system.

Alex's family goes on a camping trip for at least a week every year. Keeping food for the week is a whole lot easier with a big cooler. We plan to get a lot of use out of this on camping trips each year for the rest of our lives.

We've been MacGyvering a non-reusable one ...

Our current TV was found on the side of the road during Allston Xmas by a friend that then passed it on to us. We've been able to MacGyvering it to get it to turn on (to watch VHSes).

Our cutting boards were acquired by roommates moving out of town. No idea the origin!
