Built prior to 1852 and boarded up for 20+ years. This south city gem has battled termites and been on fire. It’s currently being used as a racoon, feral cat, and opossum sanctuary. No one knows how it’s still standing. We’re in the process of consolidating our two fully stocked homes and hoping to convert this space into an ADU/studio space.
