Our featured fund
When we bought our townhome, it came with a lot of issues like a leaky faucet, broken window, HVAC and water pump problems, holes in the walls, and a refrigerator that barely works. We also don’t have a working garbage disposal. Our biggest needs are HVAC/heater, washer and dryer, and a working oven. The fridge is also partially broken.
