Zach and I have everything we need to start our lives together except a home. Rent has gotten to be so expensive with certain restrictions. I have found a great company that will finance us for a piece of land and a small manufactured home for 1/2 of what rent is now. Just need to come up with the down payment which is proving impossible while making current rent payments. The sooner I can make this happen for us so I can prepare for him to come home, the better off we will be for success.
