Many of you know us as the "health nut" couple. We care deeply about the quality of the food we eat. Each year we spend a little extra money to ensure we have healthy, grass-fed meat all year long. At the beginning of the year, we usually purchase 1/2 of a grass-fed cow from a local Oklahoma farmer. This can, and usually does last through the year. Margy may be a health coach but she is known for occasionally making Hoang a better-for-you ice cream. However, ice cream makers are bulky and sometimes difficult to put together and clean. Since we have a KitchenAid mixer, by giving us this easy ice cream attachment, it would mean Hoang gets more ice cream.

We don't have many kitchen needs, but a good carving knife set for those big turkey-day events is one of those needs. We plan to host many Thanksgivings at our house since we both have family living close to us.

On our honeymoon in St. Lucia, choose to send us on a thrilling mountain bike ride through the rainforest to Errard Waterfall where we can take a dip in its refreshing waters. Then, cycle through the forest where we'll learn about local crops grown on the island. We'll en the tour with a relaxing drive through the quaint fishing village of Dennery.

Take us out to the ballgame! We have never been to a baseball game as a couple and though we cannot eat the hotdogs, we will certainly enjoy rooting for the home team!

The Drake is one of the premier seafood restaurants and oyster bars in Oklahoma City and we are both suckers for their risotto! In fact, we may use the entirety of this gift to gorge ourselves on risotto!

Send us on a horseback adventure around our honeymoon destination: St. Lucia. We will get to amble through rainforests, along beaches, and even in the ocean.

Towering nearly 3,000 feet above sea level, the majestic peak of Gros Piton, along with its twin peak Petit Piton, dominates the western coast of St Lucia. The lush green slopes of these pyramid shaped icons rise from the sapphire blue waters of the Caribbean, filling the adventurous traveler with wanderlust. The view itself is a classic: the Pitons of Saint Lucia, soaring straight up from the sea's edge. A visit to the Pitons is decidedly one of things you must do in your lifetime. Snaking up the misty, jungle-covered, boulder-strewn mountainside for the huge views from the top is an experience well worth the hike. Afterwards, we will head to a rest stop for a sumptuous lunch of local delicacies and a refreshing swim in the majestic Caribbean Sea.

We love going to sporting events and particularly love our one-and-only pro-team in Oklahoma, the OKC Thunder! The view and the environment from the "Loud City" sections are the best! Send us to a game in the Loud City and we'll be chanting "O-K-C"!
