We're making donations to the American Cancer Society and the Alzheimer's Association in honor of our parents (we'll divide all donations equally). The best part is that Robyn's employer, the Gates Foundation, triples any charitable donations, so we'll be using that benefit here. Our Goodwill wine glasses have lived full lives.

Having a 70lb muppet of a dog means we go through rugs faster than we'd like. We plan to replace our rug in the living room with this beauty!

We're either going to Japan or Spain - both sound incredibly magical for very different reasons (ramen vs. tapas, gah!) We'd appreciate your thoughts on which location to choose and any support you can give to help us plan a trip of a lifetime.

Cook's Illustrated is one of the most comprehensive kitchen gear reviewers around, and has solid (tested) recipes. Get a subscription for yourself while you're at it!

We've been wanting to do more camping but have very little gear of our own. We plan to buy a stove, a lamp and camping pads so we can enjoy the great outdoors!

Kyle and I rarely eat out (because he's such a great chef) but we'd love to do a date night on our own city this fall. Maybe the Pink Door or a Sunday Night Supper at the Corson Building!

Salad bowl or a work of art? This is downright beautiful and would be very well used in our household.

We plan to use this for a cozy cabin weekend this winter!
