We plan to visit the archaeological ruins at Copan (that a professor of Mike's worked on); visit a children's home and school that is run by friends of Kristin's; stay at an Eco-lodge at a national park and go white-water rafting; and finally, take a breather in a bungalow on Roatan - an island off the coast with some of the best snorkeling and diving in the world!
