We added a KitchenAid mixer to our registry because our kitchen has recently turned into a full-on sourdough operation. What started as “let’s try making bread” has quickly evolved into loaves, bagels, and much more!Kevin has fully committed to the vision (and the taste-testing), and we’ve even joked about turning this into a sourdough-based bakery one day. This mixer would save our arms, speed things up, and help us continue our slightly out-of-control, but very delicious, sourdough era.
