We love our Eagle Rock home built in 1908 and would appreciate your assistance with items like some upgrades to appliances (a dishwasher would be awesome!), an outdoor canopy of sorts to cover our washer and dryer, air conditioning, fresh paint, light fixtures, new bathroom tiles, and some furniture for the guest room so you can come stay with us. We would love some support to improve our terraced backyard and front yard areas with funds for drought tolerant ground cover, plantings, irrigation system updates and a little additional needed maintainance.

We're thinking of keeping the honeymoon simple with a trip up the coast to Big Sur, with a night in Ojai on our way north. We'd be happy for help with lodging, relaxing spa experiences and special meals.

We are so excited to share our special day with family and friends and wouldn't mind contributions to help cover costs like a wedding photographer and prints, videographer, ceremony site, decorations and additional elements for a celebration to remember.

We need to remove a ficus tree because its roots will eventually damage the plumbing. We'd love to replace it with another tree or shrub. We're still figuring out what would go best there.

There is room for fruit trees in the yard and we'd like to plant something useful we eat all the time like oranges, tangerines, avocados or apples.
