We hope to spend at least a week at the family-run eco resort Levendis Estate, on the isle of Ithaca. Kelsey's fingers are crossed for a pass through Pompeii on the way home, too.

We don't have any baking equipment at home; Quinn recently made a cake by hand; it was not pretty.

We love making coffee every day, and we're ready to make the switch to fresh grounds. As far as grinders go, Burr-style are the best, and this particular model reminds Kelsey of her beloved childhood Little Tikes kitchen.
