We will learn how African culture, food, and music have been a part of Lisbon for centuries. During a 4 hour walk, we'll explore the city of Lisbon discovering its African unrevealed history of the enslaved. This tour will share about the role of Portugal in the slave trade and its colonial history.

From the top of the highest hill to the narrowest street, this tour will get everywhere big buses and trams cannot go. A urban adventure through the heart of Lisbon. The old city, artist venues, ecletic markets and breathtaking panoramic views, they are all spicy ingredients of our tour.

We get our own kitchen station and learn to cook (and eat) step by step traditional Portuguese food in Lisbon! Over the course of 3 hours we will been shown what a real Portuguese full course meal consists off on this Masterclass! We will be guided to cook our own dishes and get to know the story behind the recipes and ingredients passed down through generations. We will also learn particularities about the ingredients and processes. *3-hour cooking class; *3 different dishes (one starter, one main fish dish and one main meat dish) * Tea, coffee and wine included (Portuguese of course!) *Our own kitchen station (not a show cooking or shared kitchen)

A homage to Cesária Évora, the most famous Cape Verdean singer, this soulful bar offers carefully prepared cocktails, finger food or a glass of well-chilled wine. As the sun sets, the ambiance fills with tunes of Cape Verdean music performed by local artists every night.

A body scrub is a popular spa body treatment. It is basically a facial for the body. It exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. A body scrub is done usually sea salt or sugar mixed with massage oils and other aromatic essential oils treatment.

We will explore Sal island on a full day tour. We will visit all of the main attractions of Sal island including the blue eye and lagoon at Buracona, visiting the extinct volcano and floating in the salt lake.

We will be guided through and explore 3 different wines from 3 different Portuguese wine regions before dinner. We will learn the history of Portuguese wine, the complexity of Portuguese grapes and their regions and wine's place in our culture and history throughout the world. After this 1 Hour guided wine tasting in a Portuguese wine bar, we will have better knowledge of which bottle of wine to order to pair with our next meal at a Portuguese restaurant.
