Courtney bakes a lot of bread and she uses an old lodge cast iron with an overturned metal bowl (to keep the moisture in for the first half of the bake) and when she takes the metal bowl out and leaves it on the counter Jason doesn't know it's hot and touches it and burns himself. This is a gift that will protect Jason from burns!!!!!
